Had an appointment for 145pm, it was my first time at this barbershop and it’s a little difficult to find. I walked in at 153pm and there was someone in the chair already just about to finish up. So I waited 10 mins for the barber to wrap up with his current client then he proceeded to sweep the floor for an additional 5 mins then he asks me if I can come back later? Not only did the barber cut someone during my appointment time, he asked me to come back later because he had other clients. Even if I was 8 mins earlier, he had already cut someone else in my spot. This place is a huge no from me. Terrible customer service.
