Buyer Beware!!! If you go to this salon and they do NOT do what you asked for, they will NOT give you a refund!! I got my a cut and color with Allison and she did NOT color my hair the color I requested and she KNOWS she didnt! I had asked for a lighter medium brown 2 or 3 shades lighter than my natural dark brown and also repeatedly during my session said I hate black or dark hair on me and so she gave me black hair!!! I kid you not! No clue why she did black when she knew i dont like dark?? but She said to give it a week or so to lighten up and if it didnt call and she would fix it. I gave it a week, even did a mask of olive oil, cinnamin, and honey to lighten it natually and it didnt lighten so i called exactly a wk later and she said she cant get me in for 2 whole weeks!!!!. So I said then i need my money back FOR THE COLOR (not even asking for a whole refund but the cut isnt what i asked for either it was jagged badly cut.) that was wrong as I’m going to get in somewhere else much sooner than that with someone else who can fix it sooner and she said yes to the refund on the phone and to come pick it up on the 10th so i said ok I’ll be there on the 10th then she texts me that “just so we’re clear your not getting a refund” and I’m stumped!! Thats not right. You cant color someones hair the wrong color then tell them you wont fix it for 2wks so that that person is stuck unhappy for a long time when its not their fault it wasnt done right in the first place!!! and then deny a refund for them them to get it fixed sooner elsewhere! Especially AFTER verberally stating you WOULD give one! Like come on! Thats rediculous. I would NEVER go back here. Do not recommend to anyone infact the girl that I got to fix this nightmare of a cut and color showed me how many things were just wrong and awful with what she had done to me and recommended that i inform the better business Bureau which i will do because i dont care about the almost $100 this cost me, I care that this could happen to someone else who was unaware. Be warned.
