Had a absolutely wonderful experience here after a mishap of home hair dye with my son they were able to get us in right away and completely correct my botched hair dye job and the whole team came together to make it a great experience and have his hair looking great again. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been a long standing customer at Jordan A and saw the same stylist for many years. I have also referred several friends and colleagues to this establishment so the manner in which I was treated after my last visit is extremely appalling.I asked for my usual highlights with a strawberry blonde low light. While in the shampoo bowl having toner placed on my hair, my stylist asked another stylist why my hair was turning violet. Yes that’s right PURPLE.She tried washing it out with another toner and assured me it was gone. She cut, dried and styled my hair in the usual fashion and I went home, after 4 hours of being there!When I pulled my hair up the next day for work, it was purple. Violet purple which is not acceptable at my place of employment.I called to try and get in with my stylist and the manager was extremely unaccommodating. He told me to wash it out with Dawn dish soap. I did not spend $160 to be told to wash it out with Dawn dish soap.I also asked for a partial refund, for the color only, not for my stylists hair cut or tip. The owner refused. I also sent him photos via text for him to see my hair and asked for a response back and he never called or responded.Needless to say I was so upset at the way I was treated and there was no accountability on their end and no attempt to make it right for me.It’s sad that after so many years of being a very regular client, I was treated this poorly. Its obvious I was not valued and I will not return. I want to tell you about Ashley and why she is the best. I came to her with my hair that had not been cut in quite some time. We talked and she cut it and styled but I wanted a little more off here and there. She cut and styled again. I really loved it. It was no bother for her and that now 2 hair cuts later, she is the one. The shop always follows what the CDC recommends for a safe environment. Ashley keeps up on the new styles and hair coloring. Family and clients are important to her. Jordan salon is the place for great hair

Only have good things to say about Jordan A. I currently see Amanda and she does a great job… I love my hair every time she touches it. She is professional, friendly, and listens to your needs/wants. They have online scheduling too. I’m not considering going anywhere else.
