I DO NOT recommend this place! First of all, it took the young lady 10 hours to do knotless braids. The looked choppy at the ends when she was done. And whatever glue, gel or whatever she used took half of my hair out! Very bad experience

She messed me up!!? I’m over it !!and I paid 125 for was and retwist and part the edges of my base ..no style to it at all and I showed her my hair when I retwist it. She could not do better than me. And she was twisting like 3 of my dreads into one! Dreadlocks

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to set up appointment and was told to send pictures of my dreads and that I would receive a call back with a time to set up appointment. Person was rude on the phone. And I never received a call back. Very unprofessional especially when the only words out of your mouth are your clients have to put down a deposit. Do not use this salon! The best salon in the state of Ohio and Kentucky this wonderful lady has the gift of doing all types of hair I recommend her to everyone.
