If you want all your hair chopped off, this is the place for you. I went there asking for a TRIM and a little shape up, and ended up with uneven chunks cut out of my hair and all of my hair gone. I went from my hair reaching my chin, to now barely touching my eyebrows!! Now I’m stuck with this, photos below

I’m very particular with who styles my hair. Nikki was phenomenal. I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist. Her knowledge alone about hair/hair products was impressive. She is so detailed and takes pride in her artwork. After she was finished with my hair, she made me look incredible, I’m getting compliments like crazy. I know my hair is in good hands!!!! I recommend her 100%!!!

Next month will make three years I’ve been coming here; and the same awesome service which I experienced then I still receive today! Nikki is so fabulous and talented at what she does, if she’s doing hair, nails or lashes she’s always on point! Nikki is amazing! She’s flexible with her schedule and is always excited to try something new with my hairstyles which I love! She’s very professional and offers the best customer service. I’ve been coming here inconsistently for about a year and I LOVE THEM! I don’t ever write reviews, but Nikki is just so educated in the hair care field. Every time I call, even if I have a style in mind, she tells me that they can either do it or she tells me that it’s based off my hair density. She is always so nice and answers all of my questions! The good reviews are all true! I love that they are so close to UCF as well! As a student, it is extremely convenient to have knowledgeable people so close to school! As long as I am close by, Joni’s beauty bar is my go to!

I took my little girl here and was so pleased with not only the end product but the care and attention they gave to her throughout the process. My little girl is wheelchair dependent so to find someone who is patient and willing to accommodate someone in a wheelchair has been a long time challenge. Nikki and Myesha (hope I’m spelling names right) tag teamed to get her hair done in a timely fashion between their other customers. This experience was so much better than experiences I have had in other salons. I’m so glad I gave Joni’s Beauty Bar a chance because they exceeded my expectations. They provided a beautiful/clean atmosphere, sweet/caring staff, other customers present were friendly and accommodating, great styles, great prices with no need for guessing because it’s all written out on the website, and creative membership program that offers discounts. I like this place so much that I already booked my daughter’s next appointment and I will be making my appt also. See you guys in 2 weeks. ❤️

My first experience with this salon was back in November and I received a natural hair trim (4c hair) and only had about an inch and a half trimmed off which allowed my hair flourish for months and made styling my hair easier. I returned in April for a braid down and it was very professional, quick, and overall a very good experience. If you want licensed professionals that genuinely care about the health of your hair while also providing quality styles with affordable prices, this is the place to go.
