A coworker recommended this nail salon to me. The salon is beautiful, clean, and everyone was very nice. When i made my appt online, i picked any nail tech since I didn’t know anyone and got the gel x nail set. I wanted to do a wedding day nail trial so I went with a sparkly white and wanted to try pressed flowers, which they didn’t have but had these other floral decals instead, so we used those, which was perfectly fine. I cant quite remember her name but she did a wonderful job and I will definitely be back!

Critical: QualityI was naive about what the removal of dip powder would do to your nails. I had several dips and they all looked great. But the removal of the powder by that dremmel/sander weakens the nail and mine are falling off. No one at the salon warned me about this. I won’t be able to get a decent manicure until my nails grow completely out again. I was offered a free service but I said I wanted my money back and they said they don’t give refunds. I was naive about what the removal of dip powder would do to your nails. I had several dips and they all looked great. But the removal of the powder by that dremmel/sander weakens the nail and mine are falling off. No one at the salon warned me about this. We came as a bridal party with a group of 10 and service was good. Had a couple issues with scheduling all the appointments but overall, everyone was pleased with their services. We were able to bring in drinks and snacks and that also made it fun. Thank you! Pedicure, Gel manicures

My 11 year old daughter and I went here today and had a wonderful first-time experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Emily was so nice and did such a wonderful job on my nails and two other technicians went above and beyond to do nail art for my daughter on her fingers and toes of pink little piggies and it turned out better than we could have even expected! This salon is very nice and clean, but the skill level and customer service is not that great. I scheduled an appointment, which I had to reschedule. I was assured the other appointment was canceled, which was incorrect. I scheduled dip manicure and gel pedicure. I have no complaints about the pedicure and the person who did it. The person who did my nails was very rude. When I asked how she was doing she just replied with, “you can’t sit here”.

I love the color of my dip, I didn’t really get a good look until I left, as I was in a hurry. This was the first time I came here, I will not be returning for many reasons. I’m not from Ohio. I live in Michigan and I religiously get a dip. My nail tech was very pleasant and nice. She let me know dip was new to the facility. I noticed many things that were done wrong, as I’ve been getting dip for 2 years now and they ALWAYS last longer than a month. I think there needs to be training involved at this location, as I’m LESS THAN week in, as I got them done 6 days ago and multiple nails have broke and cracked. The shape is horrendous as well. The 2 stars is simply because the nail tech was very nice. It was a waste of money and I really wish I could get a refund.

This review in no way reflects the quality of work done by the manicurist. She was very professional and did an amazing job. The salon itself was immaculate and beyond clean. However, scheduling/time management needs to be addressed immediately by the manager.
