I’ve gotten manicures twice at this place and although the inside is absolutely stunning and the nail techs are super nice, I cannot stand how they use their own nail polish line. It doesn’t even feel like gel. I received my service on Friday and it has already chipped today (Monday). I also dislike the way they remove gel nail polish. They use their own brand polish remover and it doesn’t work well which makes the nail tech file my gel down taking so long and damaging my nails. This place would be great if they used name brand polish but I can’t justify getting a gel manicure that’ll chip in 3 days.

Omg this place is a joke! They literally have ppl working on u that can’t do everything they only have 1 tech that can do acrylic or dip and still that was weird she reused the product on my nails which isn’t what I wanted I wanted gel so she sands off most of what was there and then redips them with clear then paints them with gel!!! So I had made a appointment for 2 pedis and 1 gel mani but after sitting in the pedicure chair for 3 hours they tell me I have to reschedule Mt nails bc only 1 person can do them I have natural nails except 1 that I smashed. So I was really annoyed at that then to come back the next day for these? Just no so I have another appointment today to get them fixed and u know they called me to say if u have any that are broke we won’t be able to fix them today but we could reschedule u for Thursday with the same girl I was trying to avoid I told her I don’t have any broke just need shape fixed and she said well I was just making sure bc we only have 1 person that can do acrylic whhhat in the ffff
