Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was leaving Ptown when I stumbled upon this place and I ran in for a quick pedicure. I didn’t have an appointment but the place was already clean/ sanitized and they were willing to take me in between appointments. The were super friendly and the nail technician was gentle, thorough, funny and a great conversationalist. I have never had a pedicure done with such detail in all my life. It was worth every penny. Again the place was COVID-friendly, everyone wore mask and plenty of hand sanitizer as well. I love to see business like this doing well for themselves. I was leaving Ptown when I stumbled upon this place and I ran in for a quick pedicure. I didn’t have an appointment but the place was already clean/ sanitized and they were willing to take me in between appointments. Irena (probably spelled wrong) was fantastic. I got a french shellac manicure and she was extremely detailed oriented and kind. The host was a little gruff, but it was quite busy while I was there. He did change things around so that I was able to get a french shellac. I really liked the booking on-line feature, and enjoyed my experience. I would absolutely go back.

The man at the reception was exceptionally rude to our party and unaccomodating of basic requests. The prices were high relative to the services. There were no basic amenities like hot tea or other drinks, just tap water in a plastic cup. The ladies who gave our party our treatments were excellent, so this review excludes them.
