I’m posting this because I do not want this to happen to someone else. I am new to area & went to a stylist at this salon. I showed her a picture and asked for same LAYERED cut as the pic. I have similar hair and knew it was achievable. I have had layers for 25 years, and am also in the beauty industry, so I am very familiar with the techniques used. When she blew me out, after my cut, she did not have the proper sized iron to style me, (red flag), so I left and styled when I got home. Well, that was when I saw the “layers” she cut. She legit butchered my hair. I am 47 years old and have never in my life had a worst cut than this. It’s obviously lack of training. I called the salon and left a kind message, requesting a call back. My intention was to come back and have someone else possibly correct it. Sadly my call was never returned (another red flag). So I am left to post this, in hopes this stylist gets the proper training in layering so this does not happen to someone else. Thank GOD I found an amazing stylist at Studio 101 in PVD to correct it.

I brought my two boys in for a haircut today with Brandan. He was AMAZING! He listened to them & took the time to make sure the cut was exactly what they wanted. They both look & feel fantastic! Thank you Brandan! Also, the salon itself is very clean, comfortable, & inviting. I wasn’t even the one getting my hair done & I enjoyed being there.

Absolutely in love with this Salon!! I’ve seen many “curly specialists” in the past but never anyone like Richard. Very knowledgeable and actually asked questions about my routine etc. I’ve seen Brianna twice now for color. She has styled it both curly and straight and both times AMAZING!!!!
