A great salon! I was seen byTina who’s an excellent hair stylist. Tina is my whole family’s hair stylist and because she’s that good, friendly and always pleasant, I recommended her to my friends who also recommended their families and friends. While I was having my hair done, I see other stylists in their stations and they are all good ! They are friendly and they produce many happy customers. Try it for yourself and look for Tina! You will not regret it.

Last Saturday had a wedding to go so needed updo and pedicure with a little time…..It was my first visit to Jon Pablo salon by Mimi , so I was very lucky to be paired with Mimi as my hair stylist and cendy for my pedicure. So I end up getting root touch up, few highlights and updo and not to forget pedicure in between They were knowledgeable and really nice. After a quick consultation, Mimi started working on my hair right away. She made sure to consult with me every part of the process before she applied anything. She and Cendy did a great job on my hair and nails. Got so much compliments on my hair!!! I danced the entire night and my updo was still intact and beautiful! Thank you ladies

I have been a client at Jon Paulo for over a year now as we had just relocated to South Orange County. I was so thrilled to find a stylist and I quickly came to trust her with my hair cuts. She listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. That has changed as of my most recent appointment when my stylist did a hair color treatment. My hair is not at all the color we discussed at length that the base color choice had to be a green based color as my hair turns red otherwise. I called her and response was that I had previous old highlights that created the issue and what day would I like to come in to have fixed. I had expressed my concern about the color many times before I left the salon and the stylist response was the lighting was making it look red. I am horrified, it’s 3 weeks before my daughters wedding and Jon Paulo Salon is not cheap. My hair was very healthy as I had not colored it in many years. I am so very disappointed. I now have to pay to have it fixed elsewhere as I am totally not comfortable seeing this stylist or any other in the salon. Lesson learned: Make sure your stylist is good at more than just cutting your hair. Don’ go to this salon if you have a customer service issue it’s really……your problem.

Happily surprised with the wonderful service! Candy gave me a fantastic pedicure with the best foot massage I have ever had at a salon. Mimi is the fastest and thorough waxer I have ever met. Both are friendly. I will be using this salon for all of my nails and waxing.
