Always a pleasure to visit my fav gals at Jon Kailey Salon!! Spending a rainy day at this salon is no hardship! Such a warm and welcoming crew! When in doubt about a new fresh style, Estelle and Claire are there to guide the way. They know how to make a gal feel pampered and special. I ended up with chemical burns and sores on my scalp from leaving hair color on too long. One week later and I am still in pain. Colorist never checked in after applying dye. No one know what they were doing and I had to beg someone to wash the color out of my hair after 75 minutes (maximum dye should be left on hair is 45 min). No call from colorist, manager or owner apologizing. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Run far, far away from this place.
