Both stylists I’ve had each of the two times I’ve been here have been great, so I’ll keep coming back. The ambience, not so much. If you are looking for the quiet, relaxing Aveda experience that Aveda salons are known for, you’ll be disappointed. The music is loud and not at all relaxing, and the lights are unpleasantly bright. They do offer coffee, tea, and water, though, as well as included head and shoulder massages.

The turnover here is the highest of any I’ve seen.My husband then bought me a gift card so I went and got cut and color; both were so so. There was also a hard sell on products which I fell into. My hair was later fixed by another salon. Husband’s credit card got hacked soon after; someone bought Bonnaroo tickets and a 2k hotel stay. He thinks it was from this gift card due to the proximity of the purchases but we do not know for sure.
