Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThis salon has zero professionalism and no idea what they are doing! My appointment was rescheduled three times within a day and then cancelled the next. In between the third reschedule and the cancelation I asked numerous questions about my hair then was questioned about my hairs integrity. Mind you I have had one dye job done in the last 3 years and do not blow dry, curl, flat iron etc. The front desk has absolutely no idea what they are doing and I can very well say the salon doesn’t care about new clients for sure. This salon has zero professionalism and no idea what they are doing! My appointment was rescheduled three times within a day and then cancelled the next. In between the third reschedule and the cancelation I asked numerous questions about my hair then was questioned about my hairs integrity. She took the time necessary to appreciate and understand my unique situation in making the switch from a “Barber” to a “Stylist” after 30 years of going to the former…she then carefully listened to what kind of haircut and style I was looking for, knew exactly what I was talking about, and then proceeded to make it happen!! In short, the overall experience at Jomaji, including the outstanding customer-service provided by Receptionist Alexandra and the rest of the Jomaji team, completely exceeded my expectations!!!Tracy is a terrific Stylist!
