I have been to Joma 3 tinted in the past month and received an hour massage each time. The first and third time Lisa was my massage therapist and she did an excellent job. Lisa used a firm but not hurtful pressure and was thorough from my head and face down to my feet. The second time someone else was my therapist (I didn’t ask her name). That therapist didn’t massage my feet at all, which I really missed, and her pressure and strokes were uncomfortable at times. All 3 visits I received the full hour massage I requested and paid for. I will continue to visit this spa as I am happy with the services and it is nice to walk in.

Summer was very nice and gave a good massage. She also had a better command of English than many massage therapists; that’s not an issue for me but might be for you. I wanted to return to JOMA when I passed it while returning home but couldn’t get it to work logistically. I’ll definitely return if I’m ever in the area again.

Great place for a general massage. It’s a new location for this business owner. It’s very very clean and new. The woman that owns the business is a good general masseuse. Like with many things in this world, you get what you pay for. The services here are “good” and the cost reflects this too. If you are looking for “amazing” then maybe look elsewhere but do expect to pay 2-3 times more for the services.

I went in and asked for a 30 minute regular massage for $30. At the end, I was charged $40 for a 30 minute deep tissue massage. I had to get more money out because “the card machine wasn’t working” and she “didn’t know how to use it”. I was also being forced into leaving a tip for unwanted services. I will not be returning to JOMA Chinese Massage because I was overcharged and given unwanted services. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless you enjoy being overcharged!
