I had a great experience!! I got my brows and upper lip threaded for the first time in a very long time !! And it was a pleasant experience, Gigi took care of me, she has a soft hand and was very nice and did exactly what I needed, my brows were cleaned up nicely with a beautiful shape and still nice and full !!

I don’t play about my eyebrows. I came here on a Wednesday, one you g woman ahead of me and one lady threading. My eyebrows were bushy and I told her what I wanted: leave them thick please, but I need some shape. She did one side and aired on the side of caution but after a few minutes she spoke my love language and I have to say, I AM PLEASED. THANK YOU! Below find my before and after for reference

I LOVE this place. Today was my first time going, but she killed my brows. Kept them thick like I wanted, and gave me time option if I wanted oil or not (I didn’t) which people never do, they just put it on. I was in and out but she still did a great job, didn’t rush through and kept my uneven brows somehow even looking!! Never going anywhere else. I’ve tried about 5 other places since living in Tampa and this is the best one yet.

Great service! Jolly is friendly and talented. Her prices are reasonable and definitely cheaper than my threading in Pensacola Florida. I won’t go to anyone else for threading in town. If she’s off I’ll just wait! Check out the shop in Brandon.

My usual eyebrow place is closed on Sundays and I was really hesitant on getting my eyebrows at the mall. Then I came across Jollys and wow! I was in and out and my eyebrows came out great! Idk the nice lady’s name but she was so friendly. Thank you Jollys for the great customer service and being open on a Sunday :’).

They do a decent job with the threading but do not do the eye brow tint. My eye brows were perfect until I did the tint now they look uneven and I spent an additional $14 for nothing. Eyebrow threading

Don’t EVER EVER EVER go to the lady in the right in the second chair. I grew my eyebrows out for 7 weeks and went in because I had an event to attend and wanted them to look fresh. I watched her do someone right before me and their eyebrows came out amazing. I explained to her I wanted them thick, boxy and a little thin on the end. The first brow she did was okay not the best. The second brown came out absolutely horrendous. I mean no shape, straight line, and super thin. I usually go to jolly but she was out of town until Monday. I’ll never ever ever ever let that lady touch my brows again. I’ve been going to this place for 2 years now and never had an issue. I would give this place 5 stars but unfortunately I just had my first terrible experience and want to share with you who you should trust when you go in there.

In the process I was severely burned and skin was removed. The area where skin was removed didn’t even have any hair. While I was reimbursed my payment, I am left with possible scaring on my face.
