Was looking for a relaxing Sunday to get nails done after a long stressful and hectic work week only to be taken advantage of and get Poor customer service!!!! Definitely a terrible experience! First time going to this place heard good reviews from customers inside the salon only to get there and have to wait a long time for service just to be rushed and ripped off! Was told the price listed were for children’s prices not for adults and was charged $70 for standard full set of nails, nothing extravagant. Nowhere I’ve ever been to charges five dollars for shape, five dollars for length and twenty dollars for basic paint..Seems like she was making up prices on the top of her head as she went. For the money I was being charged for the lady not only skipped steps but rushed my service. She wasn’t friendly at all while doing my nails. When I asked for the manager or person in charge was told they were gone for a few weeks and won’t be back for two more weeks….so thanks Jolene’s salon….if ripping off a good paying customer’s and loosing business was your goal then you succeeded. ..I will happily look elsewhere Thank You for your Kindness total service fee was $161 for full set Gel nails ♀️ wow!

It was awful. I had a gel fill done. Within a week of having it done a nail lifted. I went back to have it repaired. The owner’s wife did the repair. She must have had a bad morning because it felt like she took out all her frustrations on my nail. I am senior citizen and have had my nails done for the last 40 years. This was the first time I left a nail shop with a hurting nail. She never apologized. Amy, the girl that originally did my nails needs to go to school to learn how to do nails. This was her second time doing them. Both times I had to go back within the week for repairs. It appears the owner makes enough money to send her to school. The wife also needs some type of training.

Showed up @ 5:30 pm since that was my appointment time straight from work with traffic just for them to tell me they were closed early?! What kind of professionalism is that?? So word to the wise call when you’re on your way to your appointment. I’d give them a one but the people who told me they were closed were nice so a 2 star it is.

I only get my nails done here! They don’t make the gel to thick and I have yet to give them a picture of what I want and not be able to do it! 10/10 would recommend!!

Lee Lee is the best. She takes care of both mine and my daughter’s nails, and we leave satisfied every time. She’s great with any type of nails you like…gels, dip powder, or just acrylics. Lady has mad skills.

I came from Palmdale to get my nails done here. They treat me like family. My sister and my mom also get their nails done here. They have always done a great job. The polish lasts longer then anywhere else I’ve been.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this salon. My new full set had bubbles and 3 of my fingers were cut. They offered me a discount and would not fix it without charging for it. Nails are shaped nicely, quality and customer service was horrific.
