Cute nails, but I got them done yesterday and they are already about to come off! The woman that did my nails were so aggressive and kept bumping into my other nails messing them up and making them super clumpy! They have huge lumps from where it separates the white tip and the actual pink part of the nail, they are awful! Also the wait is huge and only a few workers are there, for a normal nail painting it’s at LEAST 30 minutes to an hour!! Not good at all! Do NOT come here, it sucks!

I went before Halloween on 10/24/20 to get a pedicure and SNS nails, i was not happy bc by Nov.4th which is not even a week and my nails just popped off and i don’t care how short they’re, SNS is not supposed to do that they have lasted Me 3-4 weeks (month or even longer) before.

My visiting niece had a 5pm appt. She arrived 10 mins early, there was no greeting and when someone finally came up and ask her if she had an appt. 20 mins later they walked off with no comment. She waited 15 more mins. and finally left.

I’ve been there several times in the past year. Nail work is usually good for fill-ins and pedicures. However, they are not good about answering the phone, going so far as taking the phone off the hook if they’re busy. This is supremely frustrating when you’re trying to make an appointment. Also, there doesn’t seem to be enough employees that do nails/ manicures for the demand. Wait time can be lengthy. That doesn’t seem to be the case for pedicures only.
