Absolutely love this nail salon! I got my very first acrylic set and was extremely pleased with my experience! I will most definitely be coming back to get my second ever acrylic set! Service was great! They are super friendly and welcoming. They were busy, so my nail tech Mai kept bouncing back and forth between me and another customer. Which is completely fine! My issue is how she applied the dip powder polish and acrylic tips. They are crooked on my pointer finger. The polish was applied off center to the majority of my nails. The polish reached my skin on the left side of the nail, but there’s a wide gap from my skin on the right. It’s going to look even weirder when they grow out. From afar, the nails look fine, but up close I’m pretty disappointed. My natural nails are also peeling up from the acrylic tips. One has already broken off. I got my nails done a week ago. I paid $79 including a 30% tip.

My mother got a fill from Mia, and she did a wonderful job! It looks beautiful! Clean, sterile tools and sanitation practices. I got a pedicure, and the massage was the best! Not just a few minutes per leg, more like 10-15! I love Jolie, and I definitely will be back. ❤️

If I could do a no star review I would. In November I was there for a pedicure and a dip powder set before my cruise. I had been here once before with no issues and the time in November was fine but took almost 3 hours. Fast forward to time to get my nails redone today, I go back as a walk-in which seemed to confuse them. Then the lady says she can do my nails but it looks like acrylic and it cost extra. I told her I had dip and requested dip and she said it was too think for dip. She asked me who did them I pointed to the staff who did. Staff 2 comes over and says nope I didn’t do them and it looks like acrylic. Mind you I would’ve paid extra I was just trying to get my nails while I had time off from work and my daughter was with her grandparents. Staff #1 continues to tell me I don’t know what I have on my nails and it’ll be extra if I’m wrong. I still am not arguing or saying anything about the cost. Then she goes on to say well it’s probably staff 3 who did it and they’ll be back tomorrow. If I wanted to come tomorrow I would’ve come tomorrow. If you didn’t want to do my nails you could’ve just said that. I then ask so are you saying you can’t do my nails and she repeats again she will have to charge me extra for a soak off. I’m like I just want to get my nails done can you do them? She couldn’t give me a straight answer I left super frustrated with no nails being done. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service is an understatement.

The service’s the offer are top of the line, clean and professional. I walked in for a manicure and pedicure and Niki took care of me. They recommend booking in advance because they do book up- but it was destiny that we met because I will be coming back! I went with a neural color on my nails and she added detail like marble and gold flakes! 5 stars and completely recommend!

It truly saddens me that my first experience at this salon was a negative one. By first glance, this salon seems to be upscale and professional. Unfortunately, this is not the case. My initial nail art was scrutinized by the tech, followed by a sloppy job and rude connotation. It seems as though the owner does not care about making her clients happy. I truly hope this company can rebrand by doing an assessment of some of their techs and making it apparent to show appreciation to clientele.

It was nice nothing negative- I was expecting more considering the reviews were calling it the best. 37$ I got what I paid for- a basic pedicure nothing extra or special. They were nice and clean very good job on pedicure.
