I have been going to this salon for over a year and a half, but my last visit was definitely my last one. For the last months the service has declined severely. I took my mother for a mother and daughter afternoon, with pedicures; after we chose a middle range priced pedicure, we noticed the staff started complaining about it. The service was terrible; they didn’t scrub, nor treated our calluses, and they were both included in our package. When I requested the calluses treatment I was met with an “annoyed” face. My mom was shocked that it costed $90 for such poor service. I insisted in coming back to get my nails done for a wedding in July; I always do shellac, but this time I thought about trying dipping. I asked the staff if it would be completely dry when I left (because I have a baby to hold at home), and he guaranteed that it would be- IT WASN’T! It took forever to dry, and after less than a week the tips were gone already. $60 for nails that don’t last even a full week? That’s it for me, I’ll stop insisting on this place and find a salon where I feel welcomed and that the services meet the charges.

The services were the worst I’ve ever received. The pedicure was fast and it hurt with every step he did. I went in for a fill, and he didn’t even fill it. He took off the old polish and then put the new polish on. When I gave him a $10 tip, he complained that it wasn’t enough. I will never go back again. Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI used to love coming here for manicures and pedicures. They were always punctual, polite and did a great job. However, they have gone downhill. The last four appointments I had I was left waiting over 30min to be seen. In addition, my shellac manicure only lasted a week and half.My last appointment I waited 36min before being seen, was finally taken to a chair and had my remaining polish filed, then proceeded to wait another 15min before having my service done. The lady who did my nails was really nice but after I got to my car, I realized I never got the hand massage that she says she was going to do (and it’s included). It’s only a big deal because she helped with a “walk in” (I had an appointment) even before she was done with me and she was in a rush when the walk in came in. At $50+, you expect a full service. I was waiting 25 minutes for her to finish too while she helped another customer. Also, upon entering, they had a IPAD with a sign asking you to sign in and before I could finish signing in, a guy told me to pick a nail color so I asked do I need to sign in too? He said yes AND then told me to pick a nail color again even before I could finish signing in, so I guess u weren’t supposed to sign in?? Unclear communication. Customer service means communicating and not making you feel like an object and rushing you. Nice place though. Just moving too quick and rushing to start on other customers before even finishing up with you. It’s not an assembly line you know? Otherwise, nice place. I won’t be back.
