Me and two other ladies came on. We all wanted the same thing, nail tips and dip powder. I was the only one who received what I wanted and it was a terrible job! Mine were not even, humped at the end and I got cut twice! One young lady received acrylic not dip and it wasn’t a good job. The other lady didn’t even get tips they huffed and puffed as they did her gel paint. Terrible experience and will not be back.

I have never been anywhere that couldn’t do a simple gel manicure and pedicure, but this place managed to ensure that I did!! Not only did I get SLOPPY service, but I also got cut on my finger by cuticle clippers!!! These people are the worst!!!!Services: Pedicure, Manicure

People are nice but not very good. My nails came out crooked, they talked my girls into designs that were not well done at all and my niece had to get hers completely redone because they were crooked, lumpy and uneven.

This was actually my second time to this nail spa. I initially visited the spa because I was in my brothers wedding and the nail spa where our group visited asked us to return within a hour because they were busy. We were happy with the friendliness and the entire atmosphere so we invited some other people to go with us.

I requested to get the coffin shaped nails and they didn’t tell me it was an extra 5 bucks to shape nails until it was time to pay. There is no price listed for nail shaping, and I felt like they were finding a reason to charge more money. When they finish your nails you dry your hands by a cold fan there is no sitting area to properly dry your nails under a nail lamp. I had to request for someone else to paint my nails after a women did a rush job. While I was getting my nails painted a women came back after 3 days because her gel polish was peeling (they charge an additional 20 bucks for gel) -After many chances I will NOT return and I do not recommend.

I am a regular customer here. The service is great. Its not as busy as most places and they won’t rush through your service to get to the next customer. I’m also someone who is nervous about my eyebrows being done but they haven’t failed me and so I keep coming back. I do recommended the deluxe pedicure. The hot rocks are perfect after a long day on your feet, especially when you have to wear steel toed boots.

I rarely go here, but will never return again after my experience today. I told them I didn’t want to cut my nails and the guy ended up breaking all of my real nails and cut them as well! Then the lady was polishing my nails, fuzz from the towel was on my nails and she kept painting over it. So when I told her she wiped it off and started over, but she saw what she was doing wrong and ignored it. She was also very rude and I wasn’t sure how to take her action, but she took a young lady phone that came sit next to me and brought it to her as if I was going to steal her phone when we had the same type of phone. Crazy thing is she took the phone, but left the wallet. So if I was a thief, the opportunity was still there. I asked the young lady why did The nail tech do that and she was just as lost as I was. I never experienced this before and usually get good service when I go there, but never again.
