I literally HATE HATE HATE leaving poor reviews so let me first list the positives: friendly nail artists, clean atmosphere, relaxing experience. However, there were few dip shades to choose from and the prices were expensive. Not only that, but they charged me $10 over what they quoted me for a more expensive service I didn’t even get… I originally wanted dip manicure/ no chip pedi. I got no chip mani/ no chip pedi. I paid $90. I’m more so upset about the dishonesty as I explained several times over the phone about what I wanted and in person as well. The nails are pretty basic so I’m surprised by the pricing. I won’t be returning but maybe it was just a bad night for them, who knows. My night is ruined though as I spent $100 on subpar nails.

I’ve been here a few times and each time they take their time with the service and make sure you like it, they don’t rush you and they do a great job! I’ve gotten no chip before at other places and every time I have to take it off, it normally ends up weakening my nails but that was not the case with this location! I got my no chip done here and taken off and my nails are still strong, I will keep coming back here for sure!

Great place to get your nails done. It was last moment thing with my 7 year old niece. I got my nails dip last Monday. Here what my nails look like after five days of use. My niece just got her nails painted with normal nail polish. She love them. Overall place look clean and tools were sterile between each visit. Pricing was good.

Loved this place! They did an amazing job! Super clean finish, the pedicure is soothing. Definitely coming back! (Sidenote, don’t go there for acrylics because they don’t do them, thought they did but they don’t.) Other than that, amazing place, highly recommend Manicure, Pedicure

NO ACRYLICS!!!! I went there for some but they don’t have that service. However I did a pedicure and IT WAS GREAT!!! Perfectly painted nails and a great foot bath and massage at a good price. I will go again and I recommend!!!!

I tried dip manicure for the first time a few months ago at Joli Nails and was impressed by the cleanliness of the spa. My experience with dip manicure at this location, however, has not been as impressive. Within the first week my nails started lifting. The first time, the dip didn’t even last over a week. I gave Joli Nails another chance about a week ago and brought others with me for a dip manicure. This time, the manicure didn’t even last a week. All of the nails are lifting, one came completely off and I went back to get it fixed, and that same nail cracked a day after. The individual who did our manicure was clearly annoyed that we had to get it fixed, but I don’t see how this is my issue. My sister had to get a few of her nails redone, and the lady had the nail drill up so high that it made my sister jump because it hurt her. The lady doing her nails rudely asks “what?” and my sister politely told her that she was hurting her. And with no regard, the technician goes back to using the nail drill on high and hurt my sister again. Unacceptable. If someone is paying $35-40, or any price for that matter, for a manicure and it’s guaranteed to last a MINIMUM of 14 days, the last thing they should be worrying about is running back to fix their nails. The individuals who came with me for the manicures are having similar issues with the dip. Nails are chipping, lifting, and cracking. While we sat there, another customer came in with the same issue, her nails didn’t even last a week and two fell off. Another issue I have is a lack of consistency. One person does not do the manicure start to finish. Rather, one person may start it and then another person jumps in to complete another part, like a relay race. In both my experiences, I had multiple people for the services I chose. I appreciate the measures Joli Nails takes to provide a clean environment for pedicures and manicures but the technique for dip manicures is clearly flawed.
