Lisa the owner is such a great woman and a very hard worker. Her staff have the same work ethic and strive to do their best every visit. They constantly are offering new options for color and styles and treat each customer with care and respect. Their pricing is reasonable as well! They are also flexible when it comes to different customer needs. My mother has one hand and they offer her half price. I highly recommend them!

This place is wonderful! I travel from Chicago. I was introduced by a friend that lives in Elk Grove. David is awesome! He takes his time and does a great job (especially the foot massage)! Went here for the first time and was very impressed. They take cleaning and distancing seriously and they are very nice. My friend and I each got a pedicure and a no chip manicure. Usually my job means even a no chip gets signs of wear and tear after a few days but is has been over a week and it still looks great. I will definitely go back.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI scheduled my appointment with this salon. On the phone they told me one price and when I came there they told me different price. They try to charge from you as much as they can, they do regular glue nails for 40 doll without any manicure and any cleaning. For that they charge 40 doll, plus color 10, plus cleaning 15 doll more. Put glue on my nails and put fake nails I can do at home to for that you don’t have to pay 65 doll.I scheduled my appointment with this salon. I’ve been going to Jolene’s ever since they opened. They do a really nice job on my mani and pedis. There is one person that I go to for my nails cuz he does a great job. All do a good job on my pedicure.
