They say walk ins are welcome but I arrived and tried to get my nails done and I was asked to come back because they didn’t have availability. The place was almost empty with only one woman getting a manicure . There were 3 women not working on anyone. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

ALL IS GOOD UNTIL THERE IS A PROBLEM. Do you want to take that gamble? I have been going to this salon off and on since it opened. The QUALITY of a company is put to the test NOT when they do a good job but when there is a problem. What I experienced, they do not value customer satisfaction or appreciate the time it takes out of ones day to get your nails done. Time is money and I have to manage both wisely. My dip was put on so poorly that it cracked within a week. I called and asked them to re-do all as they were not done correctly, I did not get what I paid for and they would not obviously last the 3-4 weeks they always do (budget prohibiting every two weeks). They told me they would fix them at no charge over the phone and I stated I could not get in quickly due to work – they said it was ok. Today I went in and they did not stand behind their quality or the fact I was told over the phone they would be redone at no charge. They wanted to fix only the ones that broke, but charge me for the rest. I was obviously going to still tip, which again was an unplanned expense. So, they are wanting me to spend extra time and money, sooner than budgeted for their mistake. And even costing me money with the additional tip and time it takes to stop in sooner than planned. I am extremely disappointed, but I expect quality out of a company/service. I work hard for my money too and squeeze this in (unfortunately) due to my lack of time but need for presentable nails. I do want to add they have made mistakes in the past, I mentioned to them after the fact, but didn’t push for a resolution, and they didn’t offer one. They are convenient, hence the reason I continued to go and of course everyone makes mistakes. But this was one to many and its to darn expensive, so I had to call them out on this. The lack of care for their customer very obvious now.

They are my new favorite place to go! I’ve been to so many nail salon around the gardens area and I finally found a place a like. Don is great for nexgen and I love Kim for my pedicures. They’re very friendly and always do a great job. They’re regular pedicures even include hot stones for the massage!

They always use liners in the pedicure bowls and since COVID they have plexiglass partitions at every station. What a gem of a place, so happy I found this spot! My new go-to nail salon. Very clean, staff was friendly, and very detail-oriented. I suggest coming in with an idea of what color you want because they have SO MANY to pick from! They also have matching gel and regular polish, which is awesome when you want a gel mani and regular pedi.

I went in at 6 PM on March 27 and was paired with Laura the nail technician. I requested a deluxe pedicure and a French gel manicure. Laura did an excellent job with both, however this rating is getting three stars instead of five because I gave her a $20 tip, on an $80 bill, more than 20%. She snatched it out of my hand, and didn’t even say thank you. And while my nails were curing, Laura and the man, who I assume is the owner, got into a very loud argument for over 10 minutes.
