Despite the salon being super busy, Tom was so attentive and patient when I explained what I wanted. I got a dip manicure with extensions & it took about an hour. I think they turned out great! The place is a little cluttered but the workers are kind and welcoming!

I love Jojoba! Definitely make an appointment ahead though, it is a small and busy salon. The massage chairs are fantastic. The whole place is clean and smells nice. They just do a great job.

The more I come, the more I confirm Jojoba’s commitment to accommodate their customers and provide the best possible service. Kim, the manager, will do everything in her power to make sure you leave feeling satisfied. I’ve been doing dip powder nails with Helen and OMG I could not be happier. She is incredibly patient and always asking if I’m happy with the process. Me, being the picky person that I am have never felt more comfortable telling a nail specialist to add more here, or do less over there. Helen will make sure you get what you have in mind. Yesterday I wasn’t sure about doing a French dip and she said, I can do one for you and if you don’t like it, we go with option B. Man, she nailed it! I’m truly happy with her work and overall with the service I always receive at Jojoba Nails. Pictures are from my last two appointments. Definitely a place I recommend.

The woman that did my nails completely rushed. She told me she couldn’t put tips on because she didn’t have time so I double checked when she first started doing my nails that she would have enough time because I didn’t want her to rush. They came out really bad, way to thick, and missing some of the color on the sides. Then at the end the top coat was messed up on half of my nails because she put the oil and lotion on to quickly and tried to put the blame on me and said I touched them, when I kept them perfectly still (I’ve been getting the dip powder for years so I know how it works) not happy at all.
