Critical: QualityI come here regularly, since it’s closer to my house. I don’t love their services. I feel like they just do the job but don’t go the extra to make the customers happy.I was just here today and there was not many people , which is good. They check your temperature and you have to wear a mask.However, I did not see them disinfect the areas after people leave for the next customer.Their prices seem to have gone up. I don’t understand why if their service is still poor.As usual, I was not super happy with my pedi and powder dip. I still gave them a small tip and they seemed to be upset about it but I feel like if you want a better tip, they need to be more welcoming and do a better job.I come here regularly, since it’s closer to my house. Critical: Quality, ValueHorrible service. I didn’t get what I asked for, they pretended like they didn’t understand and after repeating myself 5-6 times I gave up. Dip nails is listed at 35 but they charged me 60, I didn’t request nor receive anything extra. I’m an accountant so I like my nails medium, my request for medium nails was ignored I received extremely long nails. I’ve been getting dip at other locations for years now and I’ve never seen this technique she used. Her technique was flawed and my nails broke in half on the first day causing major pain and damage. After a week my nails have finally healed enough to have what is left of them removed and redone else where. DO NOT GO HERE! Waste of time and money.Services: Manicure, PedicureHorrible service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLove my nails Tina is awesome.Most nail Tech’s a hurry up and get sloppy,mostly not cleaning the edges,or there not the desired length..I was pleased she had enough acrylic layers and double checked with me the desired natural looking nails I wanted! I’m a cosmotologist and I have to say I will come back!
