Horrible. I took my friend as a birthday gift we both got full sets with pedicures cost over 230$ which I would have paid happily except my friend who’s birthday it was got the WORST service we have ever had at a nail salon. Lady doing her nails cut her several times all the while talking to everyone around her not paying attention. She set the nails wrong and when asked to straighten them she got upset and went to help with eyebrows instead. She came back and cared even less about her work. My friend said never mind to the gel paint and she no longer wanted the nails and when we brought this up to the man at the reception area he said that’s so sad it will be 230$ and he said we can make a different appointment to fix the nails. Laughing unbelievingly I said I won’t be returning and neither will my friend paid the man and left wondering how you could not care about your customers. Don’t recommend anyone to come here.

my daughter went and it was horrible. her appointment was at 6 they started at 730. they cut her three times! her pinky nail is coming off because the lady that did her nails we are hoping it doesn’t get affected. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! horrible place. Acrylic nails

You know how sometimes you think all nail shops are basically the same sometimes? Well, sorry darling! I’m here to tell you that this place is pretty great. I’ve tried a few different places but this place is just right. Not too full of themselves, not shabby, they work very hard to accommodate walk-ins, and the ambiance is nice!

So disappointed with my experience. I went with a friend for a girls day. The gentleman who did my friends nails did them super thin and seemed frustrated with the service. The lady who did my nails would not let me see them. When I looked it was bubbles all through my French tip acrylics, when I asked her about it she said they owner who was sitting behind her did not want to buy the liquid and powder set that matched. I feel if I am paying $65 for service and tip you should tell your customer that and let them decide if they still would like the service. It was 2 hrs & money wasted.

JoJo-Nails exceeds ALL expectations and go more than beyond the definition of customer service. They are always friendly, humble, warm, and welcoming. This nail shop invites you to be family as the level of care they provide shows quality, detail, and precision. Besides smiles, one would expect a welcome regardless if you’re coming as a walk-in or prior arranged as an appointment, and yes, I said appointment. Prices may be looked as as high but when you experience the service provided, the prices will start to look like an understatement. I was one of three to leave their facility tonight, booked my appointment last second, was very indecisive in choosing my style, and when I finally did, the staff still accomplished the design I requested, and got me out in a timely manner. I adore the staff and service at JoJo-Nails.
