By far the service varies on the nail technician. But I would have expected better service from the owner Jo Jo. She rushed through my gel manicure and design. I am really disappointed on her work. She ignored my request to clean up my cuticles and applied the nail paint very sloppy. I had to ask her to fix it. Obviously it was not a good quality of work and very expensive. She had a sign out front stating that she was offering 20% off on the services but when the time came to pay she said my discount was the free nail design. Mind you the prices are not posted so I had no idea what I was paying (my mistake). Apparently the pedicure was $42.00 quite expensive. I had dip manicure with gel , pedicure, wax and facial done. Believe me I do not mind paying for quality work but this was such awful work. She was more interested in getting as many people done than giving a good service. On the plus side Linda spent a good amount on time with me doing my facial and wax. We were there until 11pm. She took her time to make sure that I was happy. To my surprise she did an outstanding job on my facial. I had one done the week before and she still was able to find problems that were missed the week before. My skin is glowing especially around my nose and forehead. Wendy did my pedicure and I have always been very happy with her work. She makes sure that my toe nails are done properly. I originally asked her to do my manicure/dip but Jo Jo insisted that she wanted to do it. Big mistake. If I go back it will be to see Linda & Wendy ONLY!!! If they are not there I will not be back at all. Beware of Jo Jo she does not care about the client only about the $$$$. Linda & Wendy rock. BTW take CASH to tip the ladies because Jo Jo will keep $2 of the tip if put on the CC. Not fair to the ladies who actually do the work.

Let me start off by saying this was my first time coming in. The owner was very nice and came in early before opening time just for me because I had a nail emergency. I decided to try the gelx and absolutely loved the work she did. It looks beautiful !! I got a nude with unicorn chrome on top. Very happy and will come back again!!! Thank you very much!!!!

Awesome salon! It was very clean and not terribly busy so I didn’t have to wait. The staff was great. The guy who did my hands wasn’t able to do the marble design I originally wanted, but I still like how they came out. I also got a pedicure and it was so relaxing

I wouldn’t even give 1 star to this place, horrible service and they literally don’t know anything about nails Specially jo jo (owner), so it took only 15 min to do my gel manicure jo jo did it all by standing she didn’t even sit, and she over cut my cuticles and it bleed. Also on 3rd day gel started to peel / chip off . When I told Jojo and showed her she said she can fix it in 5 min literally and she was so rude. Also she only did 2 gel coat that’s it .

This was by far the worst pedicure I have received. It was rushed and messy. Buisnesses that offer those type of personal services should not rush the work they are giving customers. It shows you are desperate to just make the money and and truly do not care of the service you are providing. I paid every single penny and left her a small tip but I will not be coming back to be robbed of my money by getting messy gel polish on my skin and cuts done when technician is rushing through my toes with her sharp tools just to get everyone in that walks in through the door. I hope the owner of jojos realizes this and does something about it. Businesses that thrive care about their customers and the quality of their services.

Aside from her wonderful personality, the salon is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I do not recommend going care they are very rude and do not know how to do anything right they accuse my wife of being a liar and she did not know what she was doing her nails came out terrible and the owner called my wife a liar The salon should not be called a nail salon it should be shut down and they are overpriced and rude They like to take advantage of their clients not fair and not professional
