My experience at Salon Ngoc Quyen is beyond expectation. My son and I were have services here. My son were having a hair and he love it. I have my nails done and you sure know it is fantastic. Additional, the place are nice and clean, service are great and staffs are great attitude toward customers. I totally and highly recommended.

Wendy was fantastic! Great prices- worth the drive from West LA. She was very courteous and professional during my shampoo and blowout. She took the time to massage my head and shoulders and didn’t rush through any part even though another customer was waiting. I will definitely be going back soon for nails and hair.
