Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI don’t know why I haven’t reviewed Joia sooner because honestly, the staff there deserve all the love in the world! I have some pretty terrible contact-allergies that leave me unable to use 90% of the skincare, hair care, make up, shampoo, (etc.) on the market. I first started shopping at Joia because the Dr. Hauschka line is one of the few that is completely safe for me and ever since, the staff has been really helpful in recommending various products that have a better chance of working for me, (and always encourage me to double check the ingredients to make sure I won’t have a reaction, which makes it feel more like genuine advice rather than someone trying to sell me something). I more or less get all my head-to-toe body care products with Joia now and have never had any regrets over anything I’ve bought or sampled. I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed Joia sooner because honestly, the staff there deserve all the love in the world! I have some pretty terrible contact-allergies that leave me unable to use 90% of the skincare, hair care, make up, shampoo, (etc.) on the market.
