Tried so hard to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but after too many bad experiences we won’t be going back. Time after time we make an appointment, show up, and still wait a while and watch walk-ins get seated first. Today we had appointments for 3 pedicures at noon. We showed up at 1150 and were greeted with “Oh wow, it is already noon?” We were seated and told to start soaking our feet. 30, THIRTY, minutes later we were STILL soaking our feet and they had started on someone else who walked in AFTER we’d been seated.

Had a not so great experience here normally okay place to go we had called reserved four pedi’s and two nails. And the two doing pedis didn’t ask what opition we wanted and proceeded to give us the bare minimum. And then comes the nails, shaped weird my fingers have tons of little niks and cuts due to the gentleman rushing, paint chipped and bumpy and they didn’t even do the second set of nails that we reserved a spot for.

Walked in before and the window says walk ins welcome but they refused to do a full set and pedicure so I went elsewhere. I thought if giving them another chance so I called to make an appointment for my sister and I and was told they would only do one full set for us even though they aren’t busy. Not sure how this place makes any money when they refuse to do anything. Don’t come here. They are rude and pick and choose what they want to do.

The worst pedicure I’ve had here yet. Not a good massage, callous removal not effective, too thick of polish coats and she didn’t let it dry in between coats, resulting in what’s show in attached photo. I had to go back for it to be fixed, and will not be back again as this was the 3rd chance I’ve given them resulting in a poor experience. My first visit with Jason (last year) was excellent, but he is no longer there so since then not good. I will unfortunately have to drive to Loveland for better service.

Critical: ProfessionalismWe made an appointment for two pedicures on a Friday at 11 am, when we got there, the technicians had two other people they were already taking care of, nevermind the appointment I had made. I made the appointment so I could get my toes done before work, and did not have time to wait for the walk in people. Went back on Saturday with a little more time, and what would ya know, they were honoring the appointments that had been scheduled, but did not have time for my walk in. If you’re going to schedule appointments, honor ALL of them, don’t allow walk ins when you have appointments inconing. I made the appointment so I could get my toes done before work, and did not have time to wait for the walk in people.
