Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCharged way more than what I was originally told after they put the most expensive rhinestones on my nails when the cheap ones wouldve been just fine. The lady doing my nails had gloves on but kept touching het cellphone and the store phone before touching my hands again. My manicure cost more than my moms manicure and pedicure put together. We both had ombre and rhinestones so I dont know why mine was so much more expensive. The color was applied as if there weren’t enough coats done. They look speckled and cracked. Asked for matte and my nails are glossy. Charged way more than what I was originally told after they put the most expensive rhinestones on my nails when the cheap ones wouldve been just fine. The lady doing my nails had gloves on but kept touching het cellphone and the store phone before touching my hands again. My manicure cost more than my moms manicure and pedicure put together. The staff were so friendly & attentive. They took their time to ensure my nails looked perfect. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueUpdate!I went to Johnstown nails again this morning and they did an amazing job!They exceeded my expectations and now have thin brushes for designs, I’m very satisfied.I did a Valentine’s Day design it’s added on the phones is the pink with red and pink sparkled waves on them.I love the design they did!I came in early with no appointment because I forgot I need to make an appointment and they took me anyways which was awesome.I also asked for this particular design, which I had previously asked for in another nail salon in Gloversville but they laughed and said the design was too complicated, but at this nail salon the women said she will try her best to get it like the picture I showed her.I said thats fine and thanks for trying.I loved that they tried to make the design despite it being a complicated design with multiple colors. She also told me the price before hand so I wouldn’t be surprised.They did a fantastic job and chose the exact colors I wanted! Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe guy tried to grind my cuticles up so he could cut them with the cuticle cutter. It hurt so bad the whole time. The first three fingers bled because he cut them so close to my skin. I helped in pain several times so he didn’t even bother cutting the cuticles that were already grinded up and barely hanging on. Then he proceeds to use a dirty brush to wipe away the anc powder on my bleeding hands. On top of that he painted the skin on each side of my nails. They look terrible. The guy tried to grind my cuticles up so he could cut them with the cuticle cutter. It hurt so bad the whole time. The first three fingers bled because he cut them so close to my skin. Positive: Quality, ValueThis is my second time going to this salon. I love how they did my nails. Very beautiful. I’m a stay at home mom and I hardly get time to do anything for myself. Today I walked out of this salon feeling very beautiful and happy with my nails. Their prices are also affordable.
