1st time we made apt. They were closed when we went. Made another, took an hour just to get a chair (no one was there, he was waiting on his “friend” to do the cut ) He cut my boys ear and was very rough with him. Said they could do designs, but then when it came time he said he wouldn’t. Wasn’t going to ask for anything crazy, just a spider web. It was the owner who did the haircut. Then when other kids came in (he knew these kids) he took the controller from my son (who was still in the chair) and gave it to them. How rude! Worst place ever. Had to go to a different place to get my son’s hair fixed!
