Place is pretty good, has three to four barbers at any given time, they get you in and out pretty quickly, good sized place and more booths for cutting. Only problem is the price was $18 which is about $2-$3 cheaper than other spots I have gone even close to the city. I would say if you are going to charge that much in Franklin, the place better be the best out there. It was good but not the best I have seen.

We have had good haircuts from this barber shop in the past, but today my son came out with a very clear bald spot. Mistakes happen, not a big deal, but he was clearly bothered by it and I had him go back in to see what they could do. Rather than apologize and admit the mistake, they told him it was a cowlick and dismissed his concern. He has been getting his hair cut for 15 years and his cowlicks have always been there, but he has never had a large bald spot on the side of his head.
