Waited 30 minutes after scheduled appointment, the entire 30 minutes.. not a “hey” or “how are ya” or even “sorry for the wait”.. like I wasn’t even there. Fade looks like a bowl cut. “Finger length” apparently means 4.5 inches and a beard trim means “yeah fam, just buzz one side of my beard off and leave the good side”. Hate to be negative on someone trying to make it but.. come on. “Tip Top”? My experience was bottom of the barrel..
