Got my haircut and beard trimmed here. First time going here the haircut was great looks good. Asked for my beard to be trimmed and shaped up a little bit. Expressed I didn’t want much length taken off and the lady taking car of me just chopped it all off. Like down to almost nothing. Spent 8 months growing it out and all gone. Will not be coming back
