Love this place. Crystal is the best. She always does an AMAZING job on my beard when I get it cleaned up. Good prices and I’ve never had an issue there. I take my boys there also when they need haircuts. They love it also. Solid business all around.

Price is cheaper than most shops which Is nice and I have gone here before a few times but the last time I went will be mt final visit. I simply asked for a fade on the sides and to trim half an inch off the top of my head and the older female that cut my hair started off fine until she buzzed most of the hair from the top of my head off that was pushed to the side. Instead of setting it and moving it out of the way I now have to deal with hair that is way to short for my liking and random hairs that stand up due to an uneven cut.

Awesome barber shop! Been looking for a place in north phoenix that can do a good undercut and Crystal was awesome at it! Very professional establishment too.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Got to the shop at 9am when they opened, signs that lead me to believe sitting in the lobby was not okay. Sat on the bench out front with another guy. Other barber came in the back and took 2 other people before both of us who arrived 30 minutes before them both. I just wasted an hour sitting there. I will not ever be back and I will share the news with people locally how bad this experience was. I even told one of the barbers I had a meeting and he assured me I was next. Insane.

My boyfriend went here, and his usual barber was not there.. So an oriental lady there cut his hair..she ruined his hair.. It looks like s#$t she should be fired. She clearly has no concept of taking the time to make sure the customer leaves with the proper cut. If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would for this lady.

Great Barber Shop. Johnathon cuts my hair [he does a great job] but I believe that you can expect an exceptional haircut regardless on who is cutting your hair. You need to try the new SuaVecito pomade they have for sale there. [White container with colors and the pomade is purple. Smells phenomenal]

I am only giving this location two stars. Here is why.. Service is lacking, talent is also lacking, here. There is a younger man in this location, who is absolutely the best barber in this shop. I wish I remembered his name. He’s only cut my hair once here and I wish he did all of them cause this review would have been be better. I’d believe it if someone told me he was the only one with a license to cut hair here. I walk in on very slow days every time, I never like to walk-in on busy days when I need someone’s time and attention on my hair. They look at eachother back, and forth. Mentally trying to pawn me off on another Barber. After a minute of glances and eyebrow raises, someone speaks up to cut my hair. This is every time I’ve been here. I tell the barber what I want, then it is a silent, awkward, 45 minutes. Most conversations in this shop are in Spanish, I speak a little and I’m totally fine with this! At the time one conversation picks up in English, by one of the barbers. I’ll admit, I was excited for the silence to be broken. Every barber was part of the conversation listening or chiming in. When I add my 2 cents, I get a 4 second, cold, stare. Then ignored. It was very apparent, I was NOT welcome in this conversation. Which in turn made me feel unwelcome in the establishment.. A bad hair cut or two can be forgiven, the feeling of being unwelcome, cannot. A barber shop should be relaxing, a mans retreat! Talk about sports and cars, the occasional drama of the week. I feel more welcome at Great Clips.
