Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismMy first visit there was a walk-in but the wait turned from 5 minutes to 20 minutes so I was encouraged to make an appointment. I was greeted the next day and got the blue polish. Doesn’t it look fabulous? So of course I returned 3 weeks later and got the rainbow nails with clear dip polish and gel color. I LOVE how my nails are looking! My first visit there was a walk-in but the wait turned from 5 minutes to 20 minutes so I was encouraged to make an appointment. I was greeted the next day and got the blue polish. Doesn’t it look fabulous? So of course I returned 3 weeks later and got the rainbow nails with clear dip polish and gel color. I LOVE how my nails are looking! I can’t wait to visit again!

First time trying this salon- waxing can be a risk! It was busy but they saw me right away with out calling for an appointment first. I am very satisfied with my eyebrows, they have a nice even shape and the tech took the time to pluck stray eyebrow hair and trim with small scissors. Waxing

When I made my appointment I asked that my bestie and I be seated together, during both mani and pedi. They did not seat us together. Poor job on acrylic as well. (Photos obviously a week or two after wear, but still, shaping was poor/uneven. Polish was good though.) Nail techs were nice as well.

Sooooo I came here Wednesday and it’s Saturday and my 2 nail polish has came off already. I went to the Nail Salon to get them to fix them. They were busy BUT (((2))) different customers offered to allow them to fix my polish since it would be quick. BOTH NAIL TECHNICIANS SAID NO WHYYYYYYYYY THOUGH???????? I so thankful to the ladies who graciously offered great customer service. THE STAFF REALLY MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE. I will be spreading my thoughts about this establishment EVERYWHERE. They are RUDE! And it was their horrible service that has my nail looking bad to begin with.

I got a pedicure and she literally had it done in 15 minutes. I guess I appreciate that, however I like when I am pampered and time is spent on me. I really hope that the layers dried enough and bubbles don’t appear in a few hours.. The decor here is fresh and clean and it is very calming. A lot of places have tacky decor and that dampers the experience! I will come back here again and try them out…but if I get the same rushed experience, I might continue my search.

Was not the greatest dip manicure I have ever gotten. The biggest issue was she used way too much glue and I don’t believe it cured correctly. I was peeling glue off my fingers for 2 days. I just got my nails done at a different place and it was like sludge coming off. Plus they had to dig and peel at the extension because it was so glued on. Also the tools were very used. Didn’t feel very hygienic.

What is the point of a pedicure when the work is done on your legs? The lotion, exfoliator, oil, mask, etc was placed on the legs, not the feet. The only thing done was on the toenail (cuticles, buff, cutdown, and polish) and the buffer for your heel. I asked for an upgraded pedicure (deluxe spa pedicure) but left with ashy feet. The nail polish for both hand and feet was not applied smoothly – almost a faded look. It started chipping away the next day. A young guy did my nails so not sure if this is just an isolated situation. The Bella Nails nearby next to Wendy’s is much better. Never again. I still paid and tip because they need the money more than I do. If you have to go perhaps ask for the older guy or one of the females. Good luck!

My mom got her face waxed and she had bruises on her face from it!!! What a horrible job they did to leave her face bruised. She even told the girl waxing that her face was burning! We will not be returning and will not recommend their waxing services. Waxing

We were able to get in last minute, however, I paid for the most expensive pedicure and asked for my massage to be harder and in specific places on my feet and it never happened. The massage chair was superb though. When it came to my manicure, I’ve never had a manicure where my cuticles are not attended to, I didn’t get cuticle oil, no lotion, and not even an attempt and a hand massage. My nails have lasted for 3-4 weeks before 1 finger chipped, so the quality of getting my nails physically done with dip was good. Other than that, this is not a place to go to feel pampered from my experience and my friend who went with me.

I don’t often get my nails done due to my line of work, so this session was supposed to be a treat. But for $100 I feel cheated. My nails look like trash. The gentleman who did them left them bumpy, unevenly cut & filed, and the French tips are so crooked I can’t stand looking at them. The younger gentleman who did my pedi did a better job in comparison, but overall I would never recommend this nail place.
