I had my lashes done here today. Twice. I’m here from out of state and did not know where to go. I’ve had my eyelashes done for several years and never had such a terrible experience. The girl I saw was inexperienced as she told me she’d only been doing lashes for “about a year”. My lashes were set too deep and she used copious amounts of glue! I drove all the way home and spoke to Laura and told her of the condition of my eyes. I went back in and the girl that originally did my lashes seemed irritated with me. There was actually another young lady that took over and tried to help. I can barely open my eyes. They haven’t stopped watering since noon. I also have a terrible headache to boot. They are fast and they are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Learning experience….

I’ve been going to Johnny’s since 2014. I moved out of CA in 2017 & still make an appt to go whenever I go back to CA. Even with the prices increasing, they are still relatively reasonable but the customer service has definitely gone down unfortunately.

The new location in Fontana is not as nice as the old locations. Behind a boutique and no place to sit while waiting for appt. The person who did my lashes had to go back and fix them. The lashes didn’t look as natural as they have in the past.

I thought I picked that when I made the appointment? These lashes are nowhere near mink nor individual. I took my daughter to get her lashes done on Tuesday we were 1minute late and they told her she can only get one size, we did we made another appointment which I had to pay for So they can do the correct size she wanted by Monday her lashes were coming off from the sides! (So upset ) I called and told them Ruby had done her lashes I needed another appointmnet forbglue fix! (What) they said i had to pay, that was fine I am upset they didn’t last not even a full week! I am so upset, I got my lashes done yesterday, they are coming off today. I called to schedule a fix, and the manager Laura was so rude! She talked to me like I was a dog! I have used Johnny’s for years, I understand they downsized, but when they were at the riverside plaza, I never had a problem, not one complaint about them! But this woman is obscene! Thank goodness I found a place to fix my lashes! She’s disgusting!!!!Update:WOW! I’m going to add LIAR to the list! This was not about $10, and I did not curse her out, not in my vernacular!!! The girl did a horrible job on my Lashes, when I left it feel like wood was In my eyes. I paid a waste of money I had to take them off. BECAUSE I CALL BACK THE SAME DAY YOU WANT TO CHARGE ANOTHER $20FOR WOOD IN MY EYES. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING
