Came in for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it! First time I had Stephanie and she did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted it! They lasted so long! The second time I had Tony because Stephanie wasn’t available and I did not like them at all. He cut my fingers and messed up my nail shape. The nails only lasted for about a week. I went back to give the salon another chance and asked for Stephanie again. She had to give me a whole new full set because of the mess up and I love them so much! If you want someone artistic ask for her! She’s the best and makes me feel comfortable! Love what she did with my nails!

I went in Saturday & had the WORST experience possible with the tech Stephanie. She was aggressive and not professional at all, she acted so ghetto, cursing & speaking like she was hood & honestly does not belong in a luxury salon like that. My fingers hurt so bad after she finished with them that the next day I had to go to the ER because my fingers were throbbing from the pain. Never in my life have I experienced that before with getting a full set! All I wanted was nice nails for my homecoming dance, instead I spent most of the night holding my hands due to the pain. I hope the owner realizes who they have in their shop because a few of my friends have gotten their nails done by her too & they all have said the same thing, she’s rough and ignorant and doesn’t belong at that salon. Put your employees in classes before you let them play with people’s fingers cause lawsuits are real & she will be the reason you end up with one!

Upon entry the place was so welcoming! Although they recommended appointments, they warmly accepted me as a walk in. They were all kind, gentle, & sweet. Throughout the entire service I was asked if I was comfortable and of I’m okay. Before making any decisions with my nails Mia made sure that I was okay with every step she did. She delivered 10/10 satisfaction to me as a new customer. I didn’t feel ignored, and she corrected with ease and patience every thing that a previous shop did wrong on my nails. For bonus points she has great personal stories to make you laugh the entire time. 1000/10 would recommended and return back.
