I don’t go to the salon very often but I’ve been to this one 3 times and have had an amazing experience each time. Two of the times I went it was to donate my hair. Cut and color for the other time. This most recent time, Ashley was my stylist. She did an awesome job and I have plans to go back to see her soon.

Had a 12 appoint scheduled and called at 12:05 to let them know I was running late. Got called back 1 minute later saying the stylist was out and they had nobody to cut my hair. “We tried to call you earlier to let you know” but no I had missed calls/texts/emails… Will not be rescheduling here…

Kathleen does the best job cutting my hair no one else can make my crazy thick hair look as nice as she can. Her haircuts always save me alot of time styling and blow drying my hair .

Went in for quick bang trim. Bangs were ruined. Look like Will from Stranger Things. Had to get the cut corrected as best as it could be the next day by my regular hair dresser at the Mayfield location.
