Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for my granddaughter, as a Christmas gift. All she has talked about, is wanting lash extensions, for over a year. So as her Christmas present, I was scheduled to get her hair colored and lash extensions done. This 14 year old was so excited. We drove an hour and a half to get there. After we arrived, we were told that they couldn’t do her hair, even though we scheduled a week in advance. We waited for her lash extensions, only to be told that they wouldn’t do them on a 14 year old! They couldn’t have said that on the phone?!?! They knew she was 14 when we called to schedule! This place is unprofessional and will cancel on you, at the last minute. We were willing to spend the money but I don’t appreciate them waisting our time and ruining my granddaughter’s Christmas. There are plenty of places that put lash extensions on teenagers… for $200! If you want to charge high prices, act professional and do quality work! Don’t cancel on people when they walk in the door! Had an appointment the week before Christmas with Alex. He was cutting a 2nd person’s hair in between mine, as he was surprised he had someone else. The hair ended up not even getting cut even. Poor experience, poor service, poor cut. Better salons in the area.
