I went in there and did not get a warm welcome. One girl waited 10 minutes before even helping anyone and after 30 minutes I left and came to HIANDRA’S on Genesee. 2 minute drive, 5 minute walk. Got a warm welcome and my hair started right away. She’s better**

The people that work there are so unfriendly that I can’t tell if they even speak English. The last time that I was there some hair was burning and the place filled up with smoke. The staff ( if you can call them that.) didn’t even have any exhaust fans. I got a headache from the smell. I’m not prone to headaches.
