It felt more like a spa treatment than a hair appointment.He was kind and truly cared that I get the hair look I really want. My hair feels much softer after him working with it than it has after coloring and highlighting by other stylists, and I’ve tried a few. Joe is amazing! I have searched for someone for a very long time who can color my curly hair and have tried many, many different stylists. Joe does a fantastic job making sure I am happy with the color. Customer service is excellent, scheduling is effortless, and I am always impressed with his professionalism. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mother in law knew I was looking for a stylist who could handle cutting curls (my previous stylist had Deva curl knowledge but I moved out of the area)… Joe showed her some previous clients who had curls…Needless to say I made an appointment for later that week. Joe wanted to know exactly what it was that I wanted and asked a bunch of great questions…my philosophy on taking length off is if its unhealthy cut it ended up taking several inches off but it looked and felt great afterwards. Joe happily shared the purpose of each product he was using and what he would recommend I use to achieve the look I wanted. Learning how to take care of my curls and find someone who could cut them was something it took me a long time to find and Joe is excited to help me continue giving my hair what it needs to remain healthy.I had my husband make an appointment with him as well and Joe did a great job shaping his beard and mustache in the way he wanted it. My mother in law got her hair colored a shade she had always wanted to try. My mother in law knew I was looking for a stylist who could handle cutting curls (my previous stylist had Deva curl knowledge but I moved out of the area)… Joe showed her some previous clients who had curls…Needless to say I made an appointment for later that week.
