Absolutely garbage absolutely garbage. They do not know how to cut hair. Uneven fade horrible customer service. Felt like she was cutting my ear off. And asking me what to do. Absolutely disappointing using the using clippers to go down my neck hurt so bad. And when I told her can you use a razor, she started argue with me. Then after had to pay 27 $ extremely overpriced. I only pay that amount to Barbers i truly like.

Not your typical barbershop- a much better more modern approach in all the right ways. Easy to make a same day appointment, great set up for waiting area, cool decor, very affordable, great haircuts, everyone was polite and friendly, and all the staff looked like they enjoyed working there. Joe’s Classic Cuts in the heart of Bluffton Village is a great experience. I was looking for more than a “Great Clips” situation when it came to my haircut/beard trim. The pricing was amazing as well. This is the kind of place you feel great about tipping your Barber/Stylist. Shout-out to the big guy with the beard. Forgot his name, but he is definitely the “Everything Wizard” as opposed to his coworker, the “Beard Wizard”!

I was in town visiting family and desperately needed a cut. Joe’s was able to get me in right away with the east to use online booking with Shawn. Inside of this barbershop was awesome and inviting, wish I had a joint like this back at home. Shawn took care of me and gave me a great cut. Thank you for the wonderful service. Veronica cut my poker straight blonde hair perfectly with her precision scissor only cutting. Thank you Veronica, not only did you shape up almost 1000% better the horrendous haircut I had in the back of my hair, but you made it beautifully and perfectly cut all over! was 5 minutes late with my son. I made 2 appointments but apparently the website didn’t count me. Son is autistic and I believe the only reason they accommodated us is due to sympathy so we paid more bc some barbers charge more. so we got our haircuts while our normal barber sat in her chair doing nothing. A month later I brought my buddy for his first time and we were 5 minutes late because the website reservation was different than what they had at the shop. so they said we had to wait for an open barber. We literally sat there for 15 mins while the scheduled barber sat in her chair AGAIN. My buddy coulda been done and gone. I couldn’t believe it. So they lost at least 3 customers.
