Brought my toddler in for a trim, felt welcomed upon entering, no wait time for appointment and the stylist did well and was patient with my scared 20month old. He enjoyed the red car with all the sounds! I let staff know he was scared of the buzzers and they did not attempt to use them on him (THANK YOU FOR LISTENING). The stylist even brought them over for him to see and touch so we can work our way up to using them in a few visits.. we have had bad experiences with these at big name kid shops. Overall this is a great place! friendly,clean, staff listened, very reasonable prices. Will be returning.
