Jordan cut my hair it was good. He refused to give me a beard trim because he said he didn’t have time. I’m already in the chair why can’t you line me up 5 min at most! Wouldn’t do it. Called up the barber room they got me in the door immediately In a chair and lined me up and even fixed little mistakes on the haircut.customer satisfaction was not found at joes. Scheduled an appointment, got only a beard trim which on the website said was $10. I went there and the job was alright but wasn’t anything more I could do at home. The barber also lowered my beard line which I did not care for. Also the line up under my beard was slightly crooked as well. When I was finished the barber charged me $15 which I double checked with him that’s what he said and he confirmed $15. The website and sign at the place said $10 so I got up charged for a beard trim that was nothing special. I would not recommend going there if you have a beard and want it done.
