Critical: Professionalism, QualityI will not be using this salon. I have made three phone calls and received one call back from the owner. She stated she does not do nails but will pass my message along to another nail tech. It has been three days and I have not heard a word. Their website states that if you leave a message because you are new to the salon they will call you back the next day. If you make a statement on your web page or a verbal promise you should follow though. So much for trying to support local businesses. I will not be using this salon. I hate to make this public because finding a great hair cut is akin to searching for buried treasure. When you find a great person like Lindsey part of you wants to shout from rooftops proclaiming a star in born. The other part of you wants to keep completely silent, keeping her all to yourself. Great little local salon. All the girls are great and Jodi, the owner takes good care of her salon, clients, and people that work with her. A business that definatley supports it’s local community. I hear they are now offering permanent makeup tattooing on top of all of their other services. Nice to have all of these services available locally.
