I can always count on Jodi for a fantastic haircut, and leaving very satisfied.The Boutique has a great selection of women’s clothing I love the variety and it is always a pleasure to see owner has 2 very beautiful dogs come with. Also check out the clothing she keeps up with the Styles amazing!

My initial experience at the salon would have been a ONE star. I had a stylist named Lory H who did a horrible job on my hair. It was a pretty simple shoulder length cut. She said she ran out of time and I left the salon with wet hair. When I got home I dried it and straighten it and found holes of hair missing on my head! 1/2 of my head was layered, and the other half had nothing?! In the back of my head I had a few pieces of hair that were 3 inches longer than the rest of my hair. I’m not a stylist myself, but I feel this woman should not be a stylist either. I called the salon and asked for my money back. They did reimburse me and offered to schedule an appointment with a different stylist. I came back in and saw NIKKI and JEN and they collaborated a plan and fixed it. I left smiling and feeling beautiful! I am so thankful they took the time to help me. Because of them they are a FIVE star Salon! Thank you!!

I called about a Groupon and the Lady transferred me to Jeni (who was responsible for the Groupon deal) and she just hung up on me! Wow! I never met such rude people. Never been here and never will I ever go here! Customer service will be my top priority to go anywhere and this place didn’t have it! If I can rate it as a ZERO stars, I would! Rude and disrespectful! This Jeni girl couldn’t even be nice/patient enough to hear my question about the Groupon and just hung up!

Great place for a haircut! I have been going to Up Town since I came to Kaukauna in 2000 and have always enjoyed my visits. Jodi and her staff are friendly, the facility is up to date and the service is great.
