I paid $220 dollars for braids and my braids started coming out the same day. I called and told her and send pictures and all she said is come. Three people on my head, one on the phone, one kept stopping to play with her baby and to eat, and she kept stopping to sit down. Not my kind of business because she should have known that the braids was too big for my hair. So mot impressed.

Sat down in the chair and she started blow drying my hair really rough she even hit my industrial piercing, had tears coming out my eyes. Braided my hair tight af which I understand bc my hair is a bit short but still she couldve atleast tried being gentle. Only had the cornrows in for 3 days then i had to take it out bc my scalp was on fire, even with the braids being out of my hair for a couple of days it still hurts. About to go to the doctor because i never had my head still be sore even after taking the braids down.

Came here for the first time because of the reviews purchase my hair the day before appointment was for Sunday at 8:30 when I got here she took the pack the hair opened it said that she couldn’t use it sent me back to the store to purchase another hundred dollars worth of hair and I am very unsatisfied with my hair she rushed through my hair and this looks a mess I will never come here again if I could give a zero I would give us zero. My hair looks like a big bush I am so upset .

This place is so unprofessional. The owner kept pushing my appointment back twice. Owner is rude and money hunger tried to charge me three dollars for a mask. Tried to over charge me just for simple scalp braids. I’m like oh no ma’am you had me waiting this long. Also, wasn’t listening when i told her I didn’t want my hair that long. My appointment was originally at 5 she moved to 6 then moved it again at 6:30. I came on time early to get my hair done waited 30 mins. I mean just unprofessional she being rude and arguing with one of her employe’s while I’m waiting to get service. I eventually got tired of waiting so I left with my hair not done and frustrated and decided to just book a new braider.

The service here is amazing I am always being asked if I am comfortable and if I am happy with the services being provided throughout the work being done which is really appreciated considering the fact that I will be the one wearing the hair style. I’ve been coming for One year now to Jocelyne’s to get my hair box braided and I love the results every time. The service here is amazing I am always being asked if I am comfortable and if I am happy with the services being provided throughout the work being done which is really appreciated considering the fact that I will be the one wearing the hair style. She charged me $300 for 2 layer braids. Way overpriced. She has assistant there who helps braid and her nails are too long to be braiding. She barely grip the hair good with those nails. She also has another assistant who dresses really trashy. Braids

Critical: QualityWhen I came I asked for 2 and 1B mixed but got 2 with 1B highlights instead. I didn’t complain about it because I was a walkin and they took me. It took 6 hours to do shoulder length Senegalese braids with 3 people doing it at various times. When it was finished it really didn’t look like Senegalese to me but again I didn’t complain..fast forward 3 weeks…my braids are falling out in the front and hanging by a thread….when I went to show it to the owner I was asked to look in the book to find the day as came after I shared it was three weeks ago. Once I showed her the day she replied there is nothing I can do our policy is we can’t fix it after 3 days it’s probably the texture of your hair. When I came I asked for 2 and 1B mixed but got 2 with 1B highlights instead. I didn’t complain about it because I was a walkin and they took me. It took 6 hours to do shoulder length Senegalese braids with 3 people doing it at various times.
