I took my 14 year old daughter to this place and she requested a specific hair style (Curtain Bangs). A lady named Consuelo approached my daughter and told her she was able to do this kind of style. After she was finished with this “Service” she had the audacity to tell me that she did not do that style because she is to young, and she did what she thought she would look “beautiful” in. My daughter was crying in the car do to this unprofessional “service” provided by this so called beauty technician. After carefully looking at my daughters hair, it was completely botched. Thank God my daughter is a very well educated and understands that this is not permanent. What I do not understand is why would someone say she is able to do a specific service and in fact does what she desires. Who is this Consuelo to do what she thinks is right for my daughter. If I ask for my daughter’s head to be shaved completely I expect that service, not her opinion. This unprofessionalism should and has been reported to the BBB and the Florida Board of Cosmetology. If Consuelo is still there providing service, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, go somewhere else. In fact, I blame this salon for hiring someone uneducated and untalented providing “services” to the public.

As always I walked into Jobita beauty salon Leydis quickly acknowledged my arrival. She asked if I could wait five minutes for her to finish and attend to me. As I waited her staff offered me coffee while I waited. Five minutes later had a manicure done and off to work I went. As always thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend you ask for Leydis when needing a professional manicure or pedicure.
